What started as basic photography support such as headshots, executive portraits, and onsite stills quickly evolved into a creative partnership that now supports every area of internal communications.

As their needs expanded, our role grew with them. We shifted from one-off deliverables to consistent video support across departments. This includes executive updates, training content, animated explainers, and event recaps.

The Strategy

Our A.I.M & T.A.R.G.E.T. approach proved essential during the launch of “WellSource”, Wellstar’s internal intranet platform, which involved multiple departments, competing priorities, and a complex mix of messages.

Rather than making assumptions or chasing approvals, we brought stakeholders together to define the single most important takeaway for employees (aka the “All Important Message”).

This framework is now a foundational part of how we serve Wellstar, from strategic campaigns to quick-turn requests. We’re able to align teams early and streamline production, which means less time (and money) spent on revisions.

  • The Five Cs Animated Series: We turned dense strategic documentation into two short, emotionally resonant animated videos that helped bring leadership’s vision to life — now used organization-wide to drive engagement.
  • Supply Chain Storytelling: We helped Wellstar craft a video for their Gartner Top 10 Supply Chain submission — bringing together stakeholders across departments and distilling their input into one powerful narrative around “People Care.”
  • Scalable Visual System: With a deep understanding of Wellstar’s brand guidelines, we built a motion graphics system that lets us support multiple departments — without visual inconsistencies or rework.
