Once we know when you need the project delivered, we can best strategize on what can be accomplished in the time given. Audience. If timeline is the win, the audience is the who. Determining your target audience ensures we can craft messaging and treatment to resonate. What motivates them? Where will they view it? How will they view it? All of these ultimately drive the result. How will we know this project is a win? We like to boil it down to what you want your audience to know, feel, or do. Or it could be achieving a certain metric or KPI like views, watch time, or conversions. Guardrails. What are the edges of the sandbox? Are there any legal or distribution considerations? Do we need to stay within certain specs like runtime or VIS standards? Budget can also be an important guardrail to know.
